Meet Tierra,
Owner and Head-Mixologist here at Bella Baristas!
While Tierra can make a mean cocktail or mocktail, her passion is in her service. She says, “Service is Joy”. Taking pride in catering to the needs of her clients with attention to detail. Thus, reflected in her mixology and in the beautiful decor that compliments each event. Her clients eventually become friends.
Tierra has been in the hospitality industry since the age of 12 due to her family owning restaurants and ice cream shops in her hometown of Flint, Michigan. This planted the seed of service. That seed has since grown into a successful event bartending business serving not only her community but all of Michigan.
Bella Baristas is comprised of a team of dedicated professionals that share similar passions for service. We love what we do, and we would love to serve you!
As of 2026, Tierra and the Bella Baristas team have expanded their services to include event staffing, consulting and training.
The expansion came as an effort to share the love of hospitality and service beyond the bar and into every event and place of service in the community.
